Just when it appeared the Jaguars' offensive line was flourishing, having cleared the way for six consecutive 100-yard rushing efforts, including a franchise-record three consecutive 200-yard outputs between Weeks 12-14, things have quickly deteriorated. In Weeks 15 and 16, the Jaguars' vaunted rushing attack was held to a combined 145 yards against two of the worst run defenses in the league, both of which were missing a number of starters. The way we hear it, the confidence and intensity the Jacksonville offense was playing with during the team's hot streak has disappeared. And considering the magnitude of the games in which the line has performed poorly, it is not a positive reflection on the coaching staff. ORT Jordan Black has struggled much of the season but there is plenty of blame to go around. Backup RB Rashad Jennings fizzled in his first NFL start against the Redskins, but we're told that Jennings never had a chance with such little room in which to operate.
