The Jets have parted ways with DT Matt Kroul.

Kroul originally joined the team as an undrafted free-agent last season, when he spent the year on the practice squad. He played in six games for the Jets this season, recording three tackles.

The way we see it

Kroul was not an integral part of the Jets' defense. With the playoffs looming, the team is likely explore other options to improve its pass rush.
