Chargers RB Mike Tolbert was carted off the field of Sunday's game against the Bengals with an apparent head/neck injury.

Bengals S Tom Nelson delivered a hit on Tolbert that forced a fumble. Tolbert lay on the turf and was attended to by medical personnel before being placed on a stretcher and carted off.

He gave a thumbs-up to the fans while on the stretcher.
