Here's a look at another key matchup heading into Sunday's Week 16 battle between the Jets and Bears.

Jets CB Darrelle Revis vs. Bears QB Jay Cutler

Revis, an All-Pro, is one of the few corners in the league who can consistently shut down some of the league's best receivers, and quarterbacks often avoid throwing toward him. Cutler and offensive coordinator Mike Martz said Wednesday that they don't plan to steer completely clear of Revis on Sunday, although Martz said it's important that Cutler proceeds with caution.

"I think you have to be careful in how you approach it," Martz said of challenging a defender of Revis' caliber. "It doesn't mean you don't do it. You just have to be careful in how you're going to do it and give your guys the best opportunity for success in that respect, whether it's the running game or a corner like him.

"He's very consistent. (He's) very, very, very confident in his skill and does not overreact. He is really as good as I've seen in many years. But that doesn't mean that you don't create opportunities over there, too. It's a terrific challenge for our guys, no question."

Cutler has thrown 13 interceptions in his 13 games this season, and he's not one to back down from a challenge. He was picked off four times in one game by Redskins CB DeAngelo Hall earlier this season, and said after the game that he would challenge Hall all over again if he had the chance.

Revis does not have an interception this season, and it sounds like Cutler will give him some opportunities to get No. 1 at Soldier Field.
