Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, director of player personnel Nick Caserio and WR coach Chad O'Shea had a conference call with reporters on Tuesday. The following quotes are from transcripts provided by the Patriots.

Belichick on Bills WR Steve Johnson: "He's good with the ball in his hands. He can run after the catch (and) take a short gain and turn it into a long one. He's quick, fast, aggressive, goes up for the ball. I think he's definitely a go-to guy for them. He's produced a lot of big plays and it looks like they have a lot of confidence in him. They try and get him the ball on tear screens, catch-and-run plays, underneath routes, things like that, as well as throwing it downfield."

Belichick on the Bills' defensive line: "They do a good job up front. Kyle Williams is probably one of the most underrated players in the league. Every time we play against him, every time I see him play, he's strong, he's quick (and) he's making plays in the backfield. (Marcus) Stroud is a load; he's a really hard guy to block."

Caserio on if there will be a transaction on Tuesday: "There is always a possibility that could happen. There's a chance that it could happen, but by the time that we walk out there for practice tomorrow you guys will be all over it and will have whatever we are doing uncovered, if anything is going to happen. We will let you figure that out this afternoon."

O'Shea on WR Julian Edelman: "Julian has had some drops during this last couple times out. I know he is going to work real hard to try and correct that and, specifically, catch the ball, which I know he will work hard to do."

O'Shea on WR Taylor Price: "Behind the scenes, Taylor is working extremely hard right now. He's doing what we ask him to do, which is go to practice and try to get better every day. That's what he's done. He's got some great receivers, in my opinion, in front of him that he can learn from and, if he does so, he'll continue to progress. All that we ask of him is to keep working hard, and I think he has worked hard."
