The Jets have announced that the suspension of strength and conditioning coach Sal Alosi is indefinite after word came out that he instructed players to form a wall on the sideline.

Alosi was previously suspended by the team for the remainder of the season, including any possible playoff games, and was fined $25,000.

Alosi tripped Dolphins CB Nolan Carroll when the player was covering a punt Sunday in a game that Miami won. The coach apologized publicly Monday for his actions.

The way we see it

What Alosi did was foolish and he deserves the punishment he has received. There is speculation that he could ultimately lose his job.
