The cold weather on Monday morning did not keep football fans from the Ford Field box office, and the overwhelming response forced the Lions to announce that tickets will no longer be distributed for Monday night's Vikings-Giants game.

The game was moved to Ford Field after the Metrodome collapsed early Sunday morning. Tickets were handed out for free on Monday morning at the box office with people lining up as early as 5 a.m. ET.

Fans that already had tickets to the Vikings-Giants game that was scheduled to be played in Minneapolis will be admitted and given preferred seating. Tickets handed out this morning are general admission and the seating will be first-come, first-serve.
