The most noteworthy name on the Packers list of inactive players for the Week 14 game in Detroit is SS Atari Bigby. Bigby steadily increased his practice time this past week, but he was still apparently not quite ready to return to action.

The other seven Packers inactives are: FS Anthony Smith, DE Cullen Jenkins, FB Korey Hall, OT Marshall Newhouse, LB Matt Wilhelm, OG Nick McDonald and CB Patrick Lee.

The way we see it

Jenkins was ruled out early last week and will definitely be missed, with the Packers needing a combination of reserves, led by newly acquired Howard Green, to replace the defensive line’s best pass rusher. Green Bay’s secondary has been thinned by injuries for a few weeks now.
