The Bills have had problems stopping the run all season, and that weakness puts them at a disadvantage against Cleveland. Even if the Bills, who allow 170.9 yards per game on the ground, find a way to shut down RB Peyton Hillis, the Browns' passing game can pick up the slack, even in tough conditions. The passing game is somewhat conservative, but with precipitation expected, a diet of quick passes is the way to go.

The Bills' passing attack must be respected, but will the conditions affect Buffalo's ability to take shots down the field? Weather aside, the Browns' secondary has played well recently, with CB Joe Haden and S Abram Elam especially impressing.

Let's say it: The Browns are the most likely winners of this game. Their offense matches up well with Buffalo. Their defense has allowed 12 fewer offensive TDs than Buffalo. Their special teams is a real strength, too. Add it up, and Cleveland has a good shot at winning its third game in a row to move to 6-7.

Prediction: Browns 20, Bills 13
