The Lions placed WR Derrick Williams on injured reserve and re-signed WR Brian Clark on Friday.

Williams, the Lions' third-round pick in 2009, was on this week's injury report with a right ankle sprain. He had three catches for 30 yards in seven games this season.

Clark was with the Lions in training camp. The fifth-year veteran has played for the Buccaneers and Broncos.
