Four players from the UFL's Hartford Colonials signed with NFL teams on Wednesday, the UFL announced.

Safeties Emanuel Cook (Jets) and Quintin Demps (Texans) were added to their respective team's active roster. WR Pat Carter (Dolphins) and TE Tyson DeVree (Browns) joined practice squads.

"The UFL is a great league for players looking to get into the NFL," Carter said. "The attention to detail that the UFL provides beats any training a player could buy. I am, and forever will be, an advocate for the UFL."

The Colonials, whose head coach is Chris Palmer, now have had eight former players sign in the NFL, the most of any UFL team.
