Lions DT Ndamukong Suh was fined $15,000 for a hit he put on Bears QB Jay Cutler on Sunday.

Suh was flagged for a personal foul after chasing down Cutler from behind and striking him in the head, according to referee Ed Hochuli's ruling at the time. But the video seems to show that Suh's hit was near the top of Cutler's shoulder pads, making the hit legal.

When asked his reaction to the fine, Cutler responded:

"I'm not surprised by that one."
