The Browns signed TE Tyson DeVree, most recently with the UFL's Hartford Colonials, to their practice squad on Tuesday, the team said. The Browns also announced they had waived DB Rod Windsor from the practice squad.

DeVree, 26, appeared in two games with the Patriots in 2008 and has also played for the Bills. He caught 18 passes for 174 yards and three TDs for Hartford in 2010.
