Kerry Collins will start at quarterback for the Titans in Week 13 despite missing the past two games due to a calf injury. Collins was listed as probable on the team's injury report this week but is apparently healthy enough to take on the Jaguars in an important AFC South matchup.

Chris Simms, who was signed by the team on Nov. 23, is Collins' backup. Rookie Rusty Smith, the Titans' starter last week, is the No. 3 emergency quarterback.

The way we see it

Even if he's not 100 percent, Collins is the best option for the Titans, who were horrible on offense a week ago with Smith under center. The veteran should be able to find Randy Moss in the passing game, which may open up some running lanes for Chris Johnson.
