The Bills placed LB Reggie Torbor on injured reserve and claimed TE Scott Chandler off waivers to fill the vacant roster spot.
Chandler appeared in nine games for the Cowboys this season and did not record a catch before being released earlier this week. He was drafted by the Chargers in the fourth round of the 2007 NFL draft.
Torbor, who is a seven-year veteran, recorded 41 tackles in his first season in Buffalo.
The way we see it
Torbor is a versatile linebacker who had the ability to play both inside and outside. Bryan Scott and Akin Ayodele will likely have expanded roles on the inside while rookies Antonio Coleman and Arthur Moats, along with Aaron Maybin, will fill in on the outside.
