The NFL announced their offensive and defensive players and rookies of the month for November on Thursday.
Rams QB Sam Bradford was named the Offensive Rookie of the Month after finishing November with six touchdowns and just one interception. He is the first QB to be named rookie of the month twice.
Browns CB Joe Haden took home Defensive Rookie of the Month honors. He had three interceptions in November and leads the team with four overall.
In the AFC, Chiefs QB Matt Cassel, Ravens LB Terrell Suggs and Raiders KR-WR Jacoby Ford were named the Players of the Month.
Cassel led the NFL with 12 TDs in November and the Chiefs sit atop the AFC West. Suggs recorded four sacks in the month and the Ravens won three of their four games. Ford, a rookie, had two kick-return touchdowns and a receiving TD.
Falcons QB Matt Ryan, Bears DE Julius Peppers and Eagles PK David Akers were the NFC Players of the Month.
Ryan threw seven TDs and no interceptions in November and the Falcons went 4-0. Peppers had four sacks and an interception while helping lead the Bears to an undefeated month. Akers led the league with 13 field goals in the month and the Eagles went 3-1.
