The Bills signed TE Mike Caussin to the 53-man roster on Thursday and placed DE Dwan Edwards on injured reserve.

Caussin, an undrafted free agent from James Madison, spent the first 12 weeks of the season on the Jaguars' practice squad.

The way we see it

Edwards' move to I.R. was not a surprise, but the signing of Caussin is. Tight end has not been an effective position for the Bills this season, so it will be interesting to see if the new acquisition sees the field at all and can contribute to the offense.
