Bears DE Julius Peppers had been named the NFC Defensive Player of the Month.

Peppers helped the Bears to a 4-0 record in the month of November, compiling 18 tackles, four sacks, a pass defended and a forced fumble over the four-game span.

Peppers was named NFC Defensive Player of the Week after Chicago shut out the Dolphins in Week 11. He recorded three sacks in that contest.
