The Buccaneers have placed SS Cody Grimm, ORG Davin Joseph and DE Kyle Moore on I.R., ending the season for three key starters. In their place, DB Vince Anderson, WR Dezmon Briscoe and OG Brandon Carter have been signed to the active roster from the practice squad.

Tampa Bay also signed S Larry Asante from the Browns' practice squad and released S Sabby Piscitelli.

The way we see it

Many of these moves were expected following a physical loss to the Ravens on Sunday. The biggest surprise was the release of Piscitelli, a second-round pick in 2007 who has played in every game for the Bucs this season, recording 19 tackles and one interception.
