Titans WR Kenny Britt will not be charged for his alleged involvement in a bar fight, according to PFW correspondent and Tennessean reporter Jim Wyatt.

The Nashville district attorney's office talked to more than a dozen witnesses and came to the conclusion that Britt should not be arrested. The Titans receiver had been involved in an altercation at Club Karma in Nashville at 1:45 a.m. on Oct. 22 but had never been charged with a crime.

It is unlikely that Britt will be suspended by the NFL since he was not charged with any wrongdoing by the police. Titans head coach Jeff Fisher suspended Britt for the first quarter of the team's Week Seven game vs. the Eagles, and the receiver responded with the best game of his career, catching seven passes for 225 yards and three touchdowns in the final three quarters.
