Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger hurt his right foot in the team's Week 12 overtime win over the Bills and will undergo tests to determine the severity of the injury.

According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Roethlisberger hurt his foot at some point during the game in Buffalo, where he was sacked five times and hit on seven other drop backs. He finished with 246 passing yards.

"My foot was in the ground and someone was driving me backwards and my foot couldn't get out of the ground, so my knee just got bent sideways," Roethlisberger said to the newspaper.

Head coach Mike Tomlin initially called the injury a knee sprain; the team has not stated if the QB will miss any practice or game time.

The way we see it

Roethlisberger missed the first four weeks of the season due to suspension, including Pittsburgh's Week Four loss to the Ravens. With Baltimore on the schedule again this coming Sunday, with first place in the AFC North on the line, it would be a huge shock if the quarterback was not under center for the Steelers.
