Chargers WR Vincent Jackson left Sunday night's game in the first half against the Colts with a calf injury and he will not return, according to NBC's Andrea Kremer.
It was Jackson's first game this season after sitting out the first 11 weeks because of a contract holdout and suspension.
Jackson did not record a catch.
The way we see it
The Chargers expected a big boost of offense with Jackson's return, especially with an injury that has TE Antonio Gates not playing at 100 percent. With Jackson out, expect WRs Malcom Floyd and Legedu Naanee to get most of Philip Rivers' targets the rest of the way. Luckily, the Chargers' offense is used to playing without Jackson.
