Eagles-Bears prediction

The Bears' defense isn't going to let Michael Vick dominate the game, but he'll be able to make a couple big plays, and that could be all it takes for the Eagles to win.

Even without ballhawking CB Asante Samuel, who won't play because of a knee injury, Philadelphia will keep Chicago's 30th-ranked offense in check. Defensive coordinator Sean McDermott is going to blitz liberally, and the Bears' offensive line is going to be overmatched at times. Jay Cutler will be hurried consistently and could hurt his cause with a turnover or two.

The "D" will keep Chicago within striking distance all afternoon, but the offense just won't be productive enough.

Prediction: Eagles 20, Bears 19
