Coming off another tough week at Winter Park, the Vikings have the chance to turn the page. They're on the road, away from the craziness, and can go to work on a depleted Redskins defense. That unit could be without four regular starters, and other than OLB Brian Orakpo, they do not rush the passer well.

That means Brett Favre might actually have a good day throwing the ball. He'll get more chances to run more of what he wants than he did with Brad Childress around and appears to have a mostly healthy WR corps.

Bernard Berrian (groin) might not play or finish the game, but Sidney Rice looked mostly healthy last week and might be a load for the Redskins' shorthanded secondary to deal with.

Also look for TE Visanthe Shiancoe, who has been a missing man, to re-emerge somewhat. The Redskins could be forced to play a lot of cover-2, and Shiancoe has been most effective attacking the seams on zones.

Adrian Peterson, naturally, looks like an excellent play. He was limited last week only by the Vikings' own defense, which put the game way out of reach and took away the running option in the second half.
