Brandon Jacobs is now the Giants' starting running back, but he is a little lighter in the wallet after the NFL fined him $20,000 for "unsportsmanlike conduct toward fans."

According to the Newark (NJ) Star-Ledger, Jacobs had a pregame incident with fans last week at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. An NFL spokesperson said that, "Jacobs was observed by an NFL security representative making obscene gestures and yelling obscenities toward fans in the stands."

This is the second fine this season for Jacobs, who was docked $10,000 after a Week Two incident where he threw his helmet into the stands after being taken out of the game.
