RB Reggie Bush is active for the first time since Week Two, as the Saints meet the Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day. Bush had been sidelined with an injury to his fibula.

On New Orleans' inactive list Thursday are TE Jeremy Shockey, RBs Pierre Thomas and Ladell Betts, safeties Darren Sharper and Matt Giordano, OT Charles Brown, DE Junior Galette and QB Sean Canfield (third QB), who was just promoted from the practice squad.

Dallas' inactives are QB Tony Romo, LB Brandon Williams, DE Jimmy Saddler-McQueen, C Phil Costa, OTs Sam Young and Jermey Parnell, WR Kevin Ogletree and DE Sean Lissemore

The way we see it

With their RB corps depleted by injuries, the presence of Bush is key, although Chris Ivory will probably get the majority of carries. At tight end, David Thomas and Jimmy Graham will fill in for Shockey. There are no surprises on the Cowboys' inactive list.
