Chargers WR Patrick Crayton underwent surgery on his left wrist Wednesday after having been injured in San Diego's 35-14 win over Denver on Monday night.
Chargers head coach Norv Turner said Crayton would likely be sidelined 2-3 weeks.
Crayton, who had three receptions for 105 yards Monday night, was hurt as he fell into the endzone at the end of a 40-yard catch-and-run.
The way we see it
The return of WR Vincent Jackson, who was activated from the roster-exempt list Tuesday, will more than compensate for the loss of Crayton if Jackson plays anywhere close to his 2009 form.
