Readers of are jumping on the Falcons' bandwagon.

Responding to our recent poll that asked who will win the NFC South, 1,217 readers out of 2,097 (58 percent) named Atlanta, which has won four games in a row and sits atop the division with an 8-2 record.

Defending Super Bowl champion New Orleans, which has a three-game winning streak and is one game behind Atlanta in the standings, came in second in the poll with 632 votes (30.1 percent).

The surprising Buccaneers, who are tied with the Saints at 7-3, came in third in the poll with 165 votes (7.9 percent). Not surprisingly, Carolina received the fewest votes (83), sporting a 1-9 record and four-game losing streak.

Our new poll asks readers to weigh in on this question: Who will win the AFC West? Only one game separates the top three teams in the division, so the title race is wide open. Let us know what you think.
