Here’s a look at a key matchup heading into the Week 12 game between the Packers and Falcons in Atlanta.

Packers CBs Charles Woodson and Tramon Williams vs. Falcons WR Roddy White

White has methodically become an elite NFL receiver and is having a season for the ages up to now. After racking up at least 1,153 yards receiving in each of the last three seasons, White has been unbelievable through 10 games. He leads the league in catches with 79 and is second in receiving yards with 1,017 (12.9 ypc) and is on pace to register a whopping 1,627 yards receiving and 126 catches.

Two weeks ago, White was the ultimate difference maker in Atlanta’s come-from-behind win over the Ravens with 12 catches for 138 yards and a pair of TDs, including the game-winning 33-yard score with 20 seconds remaining. Against the Rams last week, he had nine catches for 83 yards.

White runs pristine routes, is very hard to bring down, is excellent in traffic — with the ability to go up and get most jump balls — and can get deep consistently despite ordinary speed.

Both Woodson and Williams, who forced key turnovers last week against the Vikings, are likely to defend White at different points this Sunday. Between them, the Packers CBs have combined for six interceptions and 22 pass-breakups and have been rock-solid in recent weeks.

Against Minnesota, Woodson tied Collins for the team lead with seven tackles and had a key forced fumble, while Williams made a beautiful interception, perfectly anticipating a Brett Favre-to-Percy Harvin slant pass.
