Eagles CB Asante Samuel has been fined $40,000 for his helmet-to-helmet hit on Giants WR Derek Hagan.

The NFL continues to crack down on hits to the helmet, which is the reason why Samuel's fee was so large. He was also flagged for an unnecessary roughness penalty during the game.

Bills WR Stevie Johnson's pocketbook to a hit as well. The wideout was fined $5,000 for his "why so serious" touchdown celebration.
