The Patriots have listed QB Tom Brady as questionable for Thursday's game against the Lions.

Brady has missed the first day of practice the past three weeks while dealing with a foot injury. It hasn't affected the way he has played, though, as he has displayed pinpoint accuracy in the last two wins.

Joining Brady as questionable for Thursday are OG Stephen Neal (shoulder), S Jarrad Page (calf), NT Myron Pryor (back), RB Fred Taylor (toe), CB Jonathan Wilhite (hip) and DE Mike Wright (neck, concussion).

Michigan State alum Brian Hoyer is the team's backup quarterback.

The way we see it

Brady should start on Thursday and is likely listed as questionable solely because of a short week, but it is noteworthy since he has been 'probable' every game this season, even when dealing with the foot injury.

Pryor returned to practice on Tuesday and would be a big help assuming that Wright, who leads the team with 5½ sacks, can't go. Taylor has two weeks of practice under his belt now after being out since Week Three. With Wilhite out, CB Darius Butler will see more playing time. Expect Dan Connolly to start again at right guard for Neal.
