The Vince Young soap opera in Tennessee continues.

According to PFW correspondent and Tennessean reporter Jim Wyatt, Young was asked to leave the team's facility Monday by a team official. Young was visibly upset and frustrated, but left without incident.

The Titans plan to place Young on injured reserve because of a right thumb injury. Young and head coach Jeff Fisher reportedly had a verbal altercation in the locker room following Sunday's loss to the Redskins.

Wyatt reported that Young was in the Titans' training room on Monday when quarterbacks coach Dowell Loggains told him he needed to leave.

The way we see it

This situation has not looked good for Young or Fisher. A few weeks ago, the Titans were riding high, atop the AFC South, and Young had helped get them there. But things have taken a turn for the worse in Tennessee, and Young's future with the team that drafted him in 2006 is not looking good.
