A season of injuries continues for Titans QB Vince Young. He injured his right thumb late in the third quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Redskins and left the game.

Young appeared to hit his hand on a helmet after a 37-yard throw to WR Nate Washington. He remained in the game for one more play before leaving the game and heading to the locker room. Rookie QB Rusty Smith made his NFL debut with Kerry Collins out with a strained calf.

Young missed part of Week Six and all of Week Seven with leg and ankle injuries. He replaced Collins in Week 10.
