Attention will be turned to the playing conditions at Heinz Field on Sunday during the Steelers-Raiders game.

NFL Network's Jason La Canfora reported the NFL will be monitoring the conditions in Pittsburgh after complaints about the playing surface. The Raiders joined the Patriots as teams who have complained about the field. The Pats played in Heinz Field last Sunday.

The footing is poor between the hashmarks between the 30-yard lines. The Steelers plan to re-sod the area that is filled with soft spots where sod comes out, but upcoming games at Heinz Field for the University of Pittsburgh and high school playoffs are making timing difficult for any changes to the field surface.
