Even if he isn't catching a lot of passes, Titans WR Randy Moss can affect a game. In his Titans debut at Miami, he had but one reception, but he helped set up the Titans' first TD by drawing a 33-yard pass-interference penalty. Also, Titans head coach Jeff Fisher praised Moss' blocking and noted that the Dolphins rotated a safety toward him at times, thus creating open space elsewhere. Of course, the Titans claimed Moss off waivers for his impact as a pass catcher, too, and certainly the plan is for him to be far more than a decoy. The Titans are going to keep taking shots downfield with Moss and are likely to make a concerted effort to get him the ball. He was targeted four times in his Titans debut and has now had 51 passes thrown his way in nine games with three different teams this year, with 23 receptions.
