Take a quick stroll down memory lane with PFW for a recap of the Bears' Week 11 contests each of the last five seasons:
2009: The Bears came out on the wrong side of a back-and-forth game in a 24-20 loss to the Eagles. PK Robbie Gould, who hit 4-of-5 field goals on the day, was Chicago's lone source of points until QB Jay Cutler finally gave the Bears their first touchdown on a 15-yard strike to TE Kellen Davis late in third quarter. It put Chicago ahead, but Eagles RB LeSean McCoy scored later on a 10-yard run to seal the deal for Philadelphia.
2008: The Bears were held to a field goal in a 37-3 loss to the Packers. Gould connected on a 35-yarder in the second quarter before Green Bay scored 30 unanswered points to end the game. RB Matt Forté gained 64 yards on 16 carries, and QBs Kyle Orton and Rex Grossman were a combined 17-of-33 for just 159 yards.
2007: Grossman threw for 266 yards but was held without a touchdown pass in the Bears' 30-23 loss to the Seahawks. WR Bernard Berrian was Grossman's top target, reeling in nine catches for 102 yards. RBs Cedric Benson and Adrian Peterson scored Chicago's touchdowns on the ground, as Benson led the way with 89 yards on 11 carries.
2006: Bears CB Nathan Vasher and LB Brian Urlacher each had interceptions in the Bears' 10-0 win over the Jets. Gould hit a 20-yard field goal in the third quarter to open the scoring. Grossman connected with WR Mark Bradley on a 57-yard strike in the fourth quarter to put Chicago up 10, and the Bears cruised to victory.
2005: The Bears' defense held the Panthers scoreless through three quarters and ultimately allowed just a field goal in a 13-3 win. Chicago got on the board early with a first-quarter touchdown pass from Orton to WR Muhsin Muhammad, and Gould added a pair of field goals to extend the lead. The "D" was the story, as Vasher had a pair of interceptions and DE Adewale Ogunleye recorded three sacks.
