As QB Josh Freeman has grown more comfortable throwing to rookie WRs Mike Williams and Arrelious Benn, it has cost TE Kellen Winslow some targets. He's on pace to have fewer catches and yards than he did last season, and he has only one touchdown grab. Head coach Raheem Morris recently said he wants to get Winslow more involved on offense, but we hear Winslow isn't griping behind the scenes about how many touches he's getting. Word is he has shown a commitment to the team concept since being traded to Tampa Bay before the 2009 season and is highly respected by his teammates. While he had his share of issues with the Browns, team observers say he hasn't been a disruptive presence with the Bucs. Winslow was very happy with the deal the Bucs signed him to in April of '09 and he also has appreciated that the team has allowed him to rest his surgically repaired knee by limiting his involvement in practices.
