CHICAGO — Vikings WR Sidney Rice has not been activated from the PUP list and will not play Sunday against the Bears at Soldier Field.

WR Percy Harvin (migraines, ankle) will start despite missing practice time this week.

The Vikings remain at 52 players on their active roster.

Rookie CB Asher Allen (concussion) also will not play Sunday, replaced in the starting lineup by rookie Chris Cook.

The Vikings' other inactives: QB Joe Webb (third quarterback), S Jamarca Sanford, RB Albert Young, LB Erin Henderson, OG Chris DeGeare and DT Jimmy Kennedy. Because there are only 52 players on the roster, there are only seven inactives.

The Bears' inactives: QB Caleb Hanie (third quarterback), S Craig Steltz, RB Kahlil Bell, CB Zackary Bowman, OL Edwin Williams, TE Desmond Clark and DEs Barry Turner and Corey Wootton.
