Dolphins QB Chad Pennington has left Sunday's game with a shoulder injury and his return is questionable.

Pennington, who got his first start since Sept. 2009, suffered the injury on his second throw of the game - a 19-yard completion to Brian Hartline. His right arm and shoulder appeared to hit the back of OLT Jake Long.

Chad Henne, who started the team's first eight games, came into the game for Pennington.

The way we see it

Pennington missed almost all of the 2009 season with a shoulder injury, so this could be real bad news for the Dolphins and the timing couldn't be worse. Head coach Tony Sparano decided to make the QB change this week looking for a spark for the offense.
