The NFL will not impose any fines on Ravens FB Le'Ron McClain after Dolphins LB Channing Crowder accused McClain of spitting in Crowder's face.

Crowder's postgame outburst brought a lot of publicity to the incident. In the third quarter of Sunday's game, the two had a confrontation and Crowder claimed McClain spit in his face. Dolphins head coach Tony Sparano, after seeing tape that seemed to confirm the spitting took place, asked the league to investigate.

Merton Hanks, the NFL director of football operations, found no evidence to support disciplining McClain. The fullback said if he spit, it was accidental.
