Bernard Berrian's yellow cleats may have helped him haul in nine balls for 89 yards, including a crucial overtime catch in Sunday's win over the Cardinals. But those yellow cleats will also cost him $5,000.

The league fined the Vikings wideout, according to the St. Paul Pioneer Press. League rules state Vikings players must wear black or purple cleats during games. Berrian said he wouldn't wear yellow cleats again.

Bengals WR Chad Ochocinco will likely be hearing from the league as well after wearing gold cleats and a gold mouthpiece in Monday night's loss to the Steelers.
