Things got a little feisty in a few locker rooms across the NFL after the early games on Sunday.

Dolphins LB Channing Crowder accused Ravens FB Le'Ron McClain of spitting in his face, and Jets LB Bart Scott called the Lions the dirtiest team he has played since the Titans.

Crowder's profanity-laced rant about McClain came after the two got in each other's faces in the third quarter of the Ravens' 26-10 win. Crowder was trying to get a timeout called and walked into the Ravens' backfield when he and McClain had words. The two had to be separated.

"We got into a little head-butt competition, but no spit," McClain said in response to Crowder's accusation.

Following the Jets' 23-20 overtime win over the Lions, Scott said the Lions are "by far the dirtiest football team since I played the Titans ... I hope I see them again in life." Scott last faced Tennessee in Week Three of the 2009 season.
