Ravens NT Kelly Gregg, who turned 34 on Nov. 1 and is in his 11th NFL season, was philosophical when asked how he's changed most as a player since the beginning of his career back in 1999. "I'm a lot more sore on Mondays than I used to be," Gregg joked. He noted, "You've just got to be smart, especially when you've been playing awhile. It's a tough position, but you've got to keep grinding through it and just win more games than you lose." Gregg, who's started all seven games this season and has played all 16 regular-season games six times since joining Baltimore in 2001, praised the training staff for its work and noted that the time off that head coach John Harbaugh gave the club over the Week Eight bye "really helps all of us, even the young guys. They come back refreshed and ready to roll."
