The steady flow of pass rushers allowed into the backfield by the Bears' offensive line hasn't been the only source of pressure on QB Jay Cutler this season. He was asked this week whether the job security of the coaching staff and some members of the front office, which is perceived to be tenuous, is also in the back of his mind, and he said that situation is something every player on the team is aware of. In addition to dealing with that, Cutler is trying to master the complex offense of Mike Martz, who is attempting to salvage his reputation as a coordinator after being out of the league for a year. Then there is the scrutiny over his body language and the lingering concerns about whether he's a good leader. It's a lot for one person to handle, and observers are wondering if it's been a big part of the reason for Cutler's struggles on the field.
