The most noteworthy development on the Packers-Cowboys Thursday injury report was the disclosure that starting OLG Daryn Colledge (back) did not participate in the Thursday practice after seeing limited action in the practice the previous day. There were three other Green Bay changes in status — starting OLT Chad Clifton (hamstring/knee) going from limited participation to full participation, RB Dimitri Nance (ankle) going from limited participation to full participation, and TE Andrew Quarless (shoulder) going from no participation to limited participation.

The Cowboys had four changes from the Wednesday injury report — OT Marc Colombo (back) going from no participation to limited participation, LB Bradie James (knee) going from no participation to limited participation, RB Felix Jones (ankle) going from no participation to full participation, and CB Terence Newman (ribs) going from no participation to limited participation.

The way we see it

It will be interesting to see what the Packers might have in mind at left guard for Sunday if Colledge is unable to give it a good old college try. One option would be returning Mark Tauscher to the starting lineup at right tackle, with rookie Bryan Bulaga inserted as the starter at left guard, but that would hinge on Tauscher’s injured shoulder being well enough to allow him to play against Dallas. Tauscher had limited participation in practice both Wednesday and Thursday. Another possibility would be to start the versatile T.J. Lang at left guard.
