A New Orleans radio host told listeners that Drew Brees has a fractured knee and torn meniscus, both of which will require micro-fracture surgery following the season. The Saints QB and his head coach both denied the claim, with Brees going as far as to proving to reporters that his knee is in playing condition.

The Super Bowl MVP did some drop-kicks after the team's practice and then did jumping jacks by his locker, telling reporters, "I'm a hundred million billion trillion percent sure it would hurt if I tried to drop-kick a football with a broken knee."

Sean Payton, when asked about the report, said, "It's inaccurate. It's not right. Completely false."

The way we see it

Brees sure seemed healthy on Sunday when he threw for 305 yards and two TDs in New Orleans' big win vs. the Steelers. The radio host was clearly looking for exposure by starting a false rumor, one that Brees debunked in creative fashion.
