TV host Jenn Sterger will not meet with the NFL on Monday to discuss inappropriate text messages and photos allegedly sent by Brett Favre, according to Sterger's lawyer Joseph Conway.

Conway said that his client is in talks with the league on a future meeting, but there's "nothing new right now." Sterger's manager said that her legal team is conducting their own investigation and are trying to determine how the former Jets QB received Sterger's phone number when she was a team sideline reporter.

Favre has already met with NFL investigators on the matter.
