Asked about the Browns' Week Seven upset of New Orleans, Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin, whose team plays Cleveland twice a season and is readying to play New Orleans Sunday, said of the Saints: "They probably weren't as familiar with the kind of damage that Shaun Rogers can do. I think that's probably the thing that jumped off the tape to me more than anything. … He was a disruptive force in that game." Rogers, who lined up at nose tackle and defensive end vs. the Saints, stood out as a interior pass rusher, hitting QB Drew Brees on two of the quarterback's four interceptions when playing the nose. Browns head coach Eric Mangini noted that Rogers played more than in past weeks because he took some snaps at right defensive end; starting DRE Robaire Smith is out for the season, and the Browns would like to get Rogers some work there with NT Ahtyba Rubin having a fine season.
