Panthers RB DeAngelo Williams missed practice on Wednesday with a foot injury and is questionable for Sunday's game against the Rams.
Williams left during the second half of Carolina's 23-20 win over the 49ers last week, and was later diagnosed with a sprained foot.
He has rushed for 361 yards on 87 carries (4.1 avg) in six starts this season.
The way we see it
RB Jonathan Stewart would get the start if Williams is unable to go. The absence of the Carolina starter would open the door for the team's other backs to get some carries, specifically RB Mike Goodson.
Don't make any lineup changes until Williams is ruled out for good. While Stewart is a capable back, he is gaining just 3.0 yards per carry.
