Jets CB Darrelle Revis told reporters that his sore hamstring is 100 percent following the team's bye week and that he is good to go for the Week Eight game vs. the Packers.

"I'm ready to go. I'll be there Sunday," Revis said. "We did everything we could this week. The (bye) week helped out for me to stay up here and get all the treatment that I needed to get, so I'm ready to go."

Revis, who missed all of training camp in a contract holdout, has missed two games this season with a hamstring injury and was limited in several others. It is unknown if he will return to his spot of defending opposing top receivers right away, but head coach Rex Ryan was optimistic that his star corner would revert to All-Pro form.

"I think we're going to see Darrelle at 100 percent, so that's exciting for me," Ryan said.

The way we see it

This is good news for the Jets, who haven't played the type of pass defense Ryan was hoping for the past few weeks. With Revis returning as the top corner, Antonio Cromartie can focus on locking down second receivers and allow Drew Coleman, who is fantastic on blitzes but not the best cover man, to handle the slot.
